Growing as a Missionary
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

The spirit of Christ is the spirit of mission. The nearer we get to Him, the more intensely missionary we become.

We are God's "sent people" who live to make disciples and bring renewal. As missionaries, we live a life of mission together. We seek tangible ways to love and serve others. As missionaries, we live like Jesus, prioritising the least, the last, and the lost, in the places where we live, and across the globe!

Live with intentionality
Missionaries are purposeful in everyday life; seeking opportunities to love, serve, and share Jesus with those around us. When you recognise that the greatest evangelist is the Holy Spirit and that he's working all the time, suddenly every moment becomes a potential opportunity to speak and declare the glory of Christ!
Habits to cultivate;
Get equipped
Being a missionary is not complicated but that doesn't mean it's always easy! Missionaries understand the need to be continually growing in faith, maturing in their understanding of the gospel, and developing the skills needed to effectively make disciples and bring renewal.
Habits to cultivate;
Live with a kingdom mindset
When we see the world through God's perspective, we begin to prioritise His mission in every sphere of our lives; we don't limit his involvement to "church activities" but instead seek to bring His love and justice to the least, the last, and the lost, in the places where we live, work, and play.
