Since 2016, members of New Community Church have been building friendships, running activities and creating spaces where people can connect, belong and explore faith together in Albany Park.
Based at St Andrew’s Church, Albany Park is becoming a place where community is growing and people of all ages are welcome.

Albany Park is a local expression of New Community Church in the neighbourhood.
Throughout the week and across the year we run community activities, family events and relaxed gatherings where people can connect with others and explore the Christian faith in a welcoming environment.
Whether you live locally, are new to the area, or just looking for somewhere to belong - there’s space for you here.
What we do
Church life at Albany Park
Open Space
A relaxed gathering to explore faith together.
Open Space is a monthly Sunday afternoon gathering where people come together to worship, hear stories of faith, listen to a short message from the Bible and share food together afterwards.
It’s a welcoming environment for anyone who wants space to reflect, ask questions or encounter more of who Jesus is.
Fill My Cup
A free Friday morning community cafe.
Every Friday morning, Fill My Cup opens its doors for tea, coffee, conversation and connection.
It’s a relaxed space where neighbours can meet, friendships can grow and people can enjoy creative activities together - including crafts, games and access to the community library.
Everyone is welcome.
No need to book - just come along.
Events throughout the year
Across the year we run a range of community events designed to support families and strengthen local relationships.
These include:
BBQs and seasonal celebrations
Alpha courses exploring the Christian faith
Kids Matter parenting courses
Activities for children and young people
Each event creates opportunities for connection, encouragement and community life to grow locally.

What began as a few community activities has grown into a developing hub of connection, support and faith in the centre of Albany Park.
