Kids Work
We love our kids here at New Com and they are a really important part of all we do.
We want our kids to know they are loved by God and to see them equipped to grow as followers of Christ who are sure of their identity in Him. We also want them to be confident to share their faith with others around them.
Sunday rhythms
On a Sunday there is kids work provided at all three of our meetings, and the children are split into age groups.
Eltham
Mini Kids - for children aged 1 to 2
Kings Kids Junior - for children aged 3 to 4
Kings Kids - for children school years reception to year 2
Kingdom Kids - for children in school years 3 to 6
Sidcup
Kings Kids - for children aged 3 to 7 (Sidcup 10.30), aged 1 to 7 (Sidcup 3.30)
Kingdom Kids - for children in school years 3 to 6
There is a space out the back of the Sidcup building that parents can take children under the age of 2 if a quieter space is needed.
Registration opens 10 minutes before the service starts. Parents are asked to register their kids themselves before dropping their children off in kids work.
If you have not yet signed your children up, you can do so here.
What do my children learn on a Sunday?
Both Kingdom Kids and Kings Kids follow a similar curriculum structure of a game, a time of worship, Bible teaching section, prayer, time for discussion and a craft activity.
If you would like more information about the kids church curriculum, please speak to one of the Kids Team.
