What is One Church Month?
Three times a year (in March, July, and November) we set aside a One Church Month — dedicated seasons where we intentionally focus on equipping, prayer, and growing together as a church.
These months include:
teaching and training evenings
times of prayer and worship
opportunities to build relationships across the church
moments to reflect on our vision and mission together
It’s a chance for the whole church family to pause, refocus, and grow together.
One Church Month is one of the ways we intentionally invest in discipleship, leadership development, and the shared life of the church.

There are gatherings and opportunities happening throughout the month, and we’d love you to take part in as much as you can. Explore the events below to see what’s coming up.

A morning exploring membership - a great opportunity to hear about our unique purpose and mission, and how you can play your part. We will provide refreshments and childcare.
An evening to further share vision, review practice and agree implementation of our vision for Hubs and Communities. Not everyone invited are Hub Leaders but we want everyone invited to be part of this journey!

Invite only: An evening to provide training and equipping for our Sunday preachers and teachers.
Have you ever read the Bible and wondered, 'What am I actually meant to get from this?' This practical workshop will help you feel more confident reading the Bible for yourself - whether you're completely new to it or have been reading it for years! Bring your Bible with you and explore how the simple act of reading it can transform our lives.
An evening of worship and encountering God. We will also make space to use spiritual gifts and to pray for people to be filled with the Spirit. Come expectant!
Join churches and leaders for a day devoted to the gospel's call to reconciliation. Through worship, teaching, and shared stories, we'll face truth, reckon with our history, and seek the unity that Jesus prayed for. Come and journey with ustoward the truth of the gospel, unity, and a reconciled Church that bears witness to Christ.

An evening for those caring for elderly parents/partners/or other dependents to encourage fellowship, offer support and prayer.
How much is enough? And how do we live well in a culture that constantly tells us we need more? Across two interactive evenings, we'll explore a biblical vision for money that is rooted in trust rather than anxiety, contentment rather than comparison, and generosity rather than accumulation. Alongside the big questions, we'll get very practical about spending, saving, budgeting and giving.
Invite only for anyone on the Alpha course or a part of our Connect and Foundation communities: A day to step away from the busyness of life, enjoy time together, receive prayer and make space to encounter and be filled by the Holy Spirit.
Our visuals training night will be a time spent getting to know fellow visual and sound operators from across our four services - snacks will be provided! We'll spend some time refreshing and teaching again on doing visuals and the responsibilities that come with it!
An evening of envisioning, training and equipping for all our worship leaders, band MD's, meeting hosts and anchors. This is an invite only meeting.

Join in our exciting half night of prayer! An extended time of lingering in God's presence and seeking God's face together to seek the advance of the kingdom of God through prayer. Our time of song worship will be unhurried and we'll make room for the Holy Spirit to lead us; praying with all kinds of prayer as the Bible teaches us in seeking the advance of the kingdom of God. Jesus prayed through the night and in Luke 18:7, He said, "And will not God give justice to his elect, who cry to him day and night? Will he delay long over them?" So do what you have never done before!
Come for the quiz. Stay for the chaos and laughter. Expect random trivia, fierce competition, terrible team names, dubious confidence and unnecessary celebrations when someone knows an obscure fact. Build a team (or sign up and we will assign you one), and come ready to battle it out for glory, bragging rights and possibly even a prize.
