Special Offering: A Gospel Partnership That Multiplies!

In Philippians 4, the apostle Paul rejoices over the generosity of the Philippian church, not just because of their financial support but because it reflected their deep partnership in the gospel and the grace of God. Their giving wasn’t just practical; it was spiritual. Paul calls it a "fragrant offering," a good investment, a fruit-bearing act that pleases God.

Our annual special offering is an opportunity to enable gospel work to flourish both locally and globally, strengthening the mission of the church and extending the kingdom, reaching the least, the last, and the lost. It’s a joy to give together.

This year, our special offering will be going towards:

  • Strengthening and multiplying the work of our global partners (60%)
  • Multiplying the impact of projects & events at NewCom to help us fulfil our mission of making disciples, family members, and missionaries (20%)
  • Strengthening our call to be an apostolic, Antioch-style base, facilitating the multiplication of sending and receiving individuals & teams, planting churches, and other kingdom-extending initiatives (20%)

Paul reminds us that gospel generosity not only meets needs, it changes us. It bears fruit. It’s a form of worship. And it comes with a promise: 

My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus  (Phil. 4:19)
