Jesus is not just a teacher, healer, or moral example. He is God come near to us. He lived among us, spoke with authority, showed compassion to the hurting, died on a cross, and rose from the dead. Through Jesus, we see what God is like.

Jesus has impacted millions around the globe and our church is full of people who have come to know the truth and love that Jesus offers.

Why does Jesus matter?

Jesus speaks to the biggest questions we all ask: Who am I? Why am I here? What is wrong with the world? Is there hope for forgiveness, peace, and new life?

The message of Christianity is that God loves us, even though we have turned away from him. Jesus came to rescue us, not because we earned it, but because of his grace. On the cross, Jesus dealt with sin and opened the way for us to be forgiven and brought back to God.

What did Jesus come to do?

Jesus came to rescue us and to bring us back to God.

He did not come mainly to improve us a little or make life a bit more religious. He came to deal with the deeper problem of sin, to defeat death, and to give new life to all who trust in him. That means Christianity is not just about trying harder. It is about receiving what Jesus has done for us.

Can I ask questions?

Absolutely. Christianity is not only for people who have it all figured out. Many people begin their journey with questions, doubts, or even disappointment.
